A Manifesto

In a world that relies on systems of development and maintenance, the gap between social classes is growing. As the majority of the working class is focussed on maintaining existing structures, they remain invisible, ignored and underpaid.
We want to redefine the way society perceives the value of maintenance work . We want to give credit to those who are often forgotten. We want to challenge the cultural status of care work.
For these reasons, we are opening a dialogue for change.
